Good Air handles every stage of a tower's life — cleaning, testing, maintenance, refurbishing, and full replacement — and the work is performed by Good Air's own crews, not subcontractors.

Do you do the work yourselves or subcontract it?
We do it ourselves. Cooling tower cleaning, decontamination, testing, maintenance, refurbishing, and replacement are all performed by Good Air crews, so one company is accountable from the first inspection to the final connection. The one exception is the flight itself on a helicopter lift, which is flown by a licensed lift operator under our direction (see our Helicopter and Crane Lift page).
What does replacing a cooling tower on a high-rise involve?
On Ocean Two Condominium in Sunny Isles Beach, our scope covered a temporary tie-in, crane lift and rigging, new tower installation, and complete piping and electrical reconnection. When a tower can't be reached by a ground crane, we coordinate a helicopter lift instead.
Can cooling tower cleaning and maintenance be part of a maintenance program?
Yes. Cleaning, testing, and maintenance can be scheduled into a Good Air maintenance program, with documented inspections and written condition reports so you have a record of what was done and what is coming.
